Devan DalCol

I was lucky enough to be able to get involved with 15-LOVE as a volunteer when I was an 8th grader. Leading a class and working with others built my confidence and leadership skills significantly over the course of five summers. 15-LOVE helped transform me from a timid teenager with a shaky confidence to an outgoing instructor. Those lessons seeped into my academic and personal life as well, and I saw a huge positive change in my character and personality as I grew up with 15-LOVE.

I finished up my Master’s in Eastern European, Russian, and Eurasian studies in 2012 and have been working in Dallas, TX at ExxonMobil’s corporate headquarters in government relations since 2013.
