Lila Boukarim

Program & Education Coordinator

Lila Boukarim, 15-LOVE’s part-time Program and Education Coordinator, started with 15-LOVE as a participant in 2017 when she was 14 years old. She became a tennis instructor two years later in 2019, and 2025 was her 7th year in that role. She served as the Healthy Living and STEM Program Assistant during the summer of 2025 before taking on her role as 15-LOVE’s Program and Education Coordinator in the fall of 2025. Lila is very excited to make a difference at 15-LOVE in this new capacity and provide high-quality, engaging, and enjoyable educational opportunities for our participants.

As the Program and Education Coordinator, Lila oversees the summer Healthy Living and STEM Programs, runs the Healthy Futures program during the school year, and helps to coordinate a variety of other engaging educational opportunities for 15-LOVE participants and the wider community. She also helps to coordinate and works closely with volunteers who assist with our programs.

Lila graduated from Binghamton University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Education. She is currently pursuing her graduate degree in School Psychology at the University at Albany, where she is working toward a Master’s in Educational Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology.
